Here’s what else you can expect during Mental Health Week…
Mental Health Week Video Series: Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for daily videos featuring different mental health related topics presented by CMHA – Sudbury/Manitoulin staff.
Donations from Good Earth Coffeehouse: From May 5th-11th, $1 from every large and medium coffee purchased, will be donated to CMHA – Sudbury/Manitoulin.
Hot 93.5: Listen to Hot 93.5 from April 28th to May 11th to hear advertisements about Mental Health Week, CMHA-Sudbury/Manitoulin services, and our partnership with Good Earth Coffeehouse.
Water Tower: The Water Tower will be lit up green from May 5th to 9th in recognition of Mental Health Week.
Prize Donations: Prize donations from: Querney’s Office Plus, Chris’ Your Independent Grocer, WATS Supplies, and Computrek will be available to be won by individuals visiting us in the community!
Sidewalk Chalk Event: Throughout Mental Health Week, CMHA-S/M staff will be writing encouraging messages on sidewalks around downtown.
