Spending too much time glued to your screen? You’re with the majority. In this session, you will learn the impacts of too much screen-time, and what you can do about it! We will review some alarming statistics, signs and symptoms of screen addiction, risk factors, and some tips and tricks as to how we can minimize the impact of technology on poor mental health and addiction.
