In celebration of Mental Health Week, we are hosting a number of lunch time virtual sessions. This year’s theme is #GetReal about how you feel. Good mental health isn’t about being happy all the time. In fact, a mentally healthy life includes the full range of human emotions -even the uncomfortable ones like sadness, fear, and anger.
In this presentation, we will talk about what stress is, how to properly identify, prevent, and positively support it. We will also be sharing our top stress reduction tips!
