- This is a fun and interactive skills-based mental wellbeing course based on CBT principles, that addresses how to change ways of thinking and feeling.
- It provides people with tools to boost mood, motivation, and self confidence.
- This will be offered on Wednesdays from 4:00 until 5:30PM for 8 weeks at CMHA, 111 Elm Street, Sudbury
- There is a small cost of $50.00, to cover material as participants will be getting booklets to take home.
