In this session, we will understand the vicious cycle of mental health problems. We will take a deeper dive into how our thoughts affect our emotions, and how our emotions impact our behaviour. We will look at the general symptoms of depression and anxiety-related disorders and look at some helpful coping strategies we can implement to feel happier, right away!
